No, we do not have a physical showroom. Being an online store, we are focused on providing the most competitive prices online for our customers whilst effectively using technology to efficiently fulfil our customer's orders from warehouses located around Australia.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We strive to work with our suppliers to ensure that the items we sell are in stock. If in the event that an item is out of stock, one of our staff will contact you with an expected timeframe for delivery or can organise alternative arrangements to suit your needs.
Do you offer custom-made mirrors?
We are only able to do custom size mirrors only for frameless mirrors and a few bathroom mirrors.
Kindly email your preferred dimensions to email@example.com and we will send you a quotation. Manufacturing time is 3-4 weeks.
Just to note, all custom-made mirrors are excluded in our returns policy.
Do you repair mirrors?
No, we do not offer mirror repair services.
Do you install mirrors?
No, we do not offer mirror installation services. Best to consult your professional installer/tradesman to install your mirror for you.
Do you provide the screws to the wall for hanging the mirror?
No, as the type of screw would depend on the type of wall you have. Most of the mirrors would have hangers at the back already.

Do you make splashback mirrors?
Unfortunately our mirrors are not for use as splashback mirrors (needs to be heat resistant).

Yes, you will receive a confirmation via email after ordering. Once the parcel has left the warehouse, another email will be sent notifying you of the order shipment.

Do you deliver to apartments and multi-storey buildings?
If you live in an apartment/multi-storey building or need the item to be placed above the ground floor, the courier may not be able to carry the item beyond the ground floor without your assistance. Please contact us if you need assistance and we will do our best to make arrangements.
For delivery, is the courier able to give me a call before arriving at my place?
For bulky items such as mirrored furnitures, the couriers are required to give you a call to arrange the date of delivery.
For mirrors, courier drivers are not able to phone prior to delivery. For an approximate delivery date, please refer to the tracking number, and you can also call the courier's office phone number that we provide to you. The couriers might arrive between 9am to 5pm, as they are not able to give an approximate time of arrival. You also have the option to give authorisation to leave the item at the door if that is more convenient for you.
Do you deliver to PO Box?
No, the shipping address needs to be a physical address such as an office or a residence where you are available to receive the order.
