Shipping & Returns

Our service includes free shipping and delivery to home or office addresses where you are available to receive the item, or give authorisation to leave the item at the door. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Order Confirmation & Shipment

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order in our system. We will process the payment and double-check that there are no issues with the order. If there are issues with the order, then we will reach out to you via email. Order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Once the order is processed, the courier is organised to deliver the item to your address within 5-10 business days. For regional and WA customers, please allow an additional 5 business days for the item to arrive. We use speciality couriers to handle fragile items; if in the rare case that there is a delay in delivery, we will make every effort to get the order to you as soon as possible.

For mirrors, couriers are usually not able to call prior to arrange a delivery date.  To get an approximate delivery date please refer to the tracking number if provided, and you can also call the courier's office phone number that we provide to you. The courier may arrive anytime between Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm depending on their delivery schedule for the day. For your convenience, you have the option to give authorisation to leave the item at the door.

For mirrored furniture, the couriers are required to call you to arrange a date for delivery. 

For deliveries to apartments/multi-storey buildings:
Standard deliveries are for the ground-level only. Please contact us if you live in an apartment/multi-storey building and need the item to be delivered above the ground floor as the courier may not be able to carry the item beyond the ground floor without prior notice. Depending on the circumstance, an additional charge may apply to have the item delivered above the ground floor.

We want you to feel confident when shopping with SHINE MIRRORS.

For mirrors, contact us if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund.  The item must be in the same condition when it was received, unused, undamaged, and has its original packaging. Please keep the original packaging just in case the item is to be re-packed. Additional re-packaging charges will apply if the original packaging is unusable.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or other payment method that was charged during the time of ordering.

Please contact us at info@shinemirrors.com.au so we can organise a courier pick up of the item at your address. If you want to organise your own shipping, please wait for further instructions so the staff can give you the warehouse address for returned items.

Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will refund you the amount you paid for the order, less the cost of the courier pick up from your address.

Return Exclusions:

  • Items marked as 'For Clearance' or 'Final Clearance' may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Trade and business orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • All custom mirrors, special order items, made to order, and pre-order items.
  • Handmade, mosaic mirrors.
  • All mirrored furniture items.

For all mirrored furniture items, please choose carefully as we cannot offer returns for a change of mind.

No-Stress Damages

Because it's mirror glass, there are rare occasions when items become damaged during transit. Please inspect the packaging of the item(s) as soon as they arrive, and if you notice any damage please make a note of it when signing for delivery. Please email info@shinemirrors.com.au immediately and within 7 days of receiving a damaged item with photos of the damage and the packaging. A refund, repair, or a replacement can be arranged. Please keep the original packaging just in case the item is to be re-packed. Additional re-packaging charges will apply if the original packaging is unusable.

These terms may be amended periodically and you will be deemed to have accepted any amendments if you use the website after those amendments have been posted.
