Shipping & Returns


All prices on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.

Order Confirmation & Shipment:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card. If your item is on backorder or have any issues, we will reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Order processing time is 1-3 business days.

After order processing, the parcel is dispatched and due to arrive at your address within 5-10 business days. For regional and WA customers, please allow an additional 5 business days for the parcel to arrive. We use a speciality courier to handle fragile items however if in the rare case that there is a delay in delivery, we will make every effort to get the order to you as soon as possible.

For bulky items such as mirrored furniture, the couriers are required to give you a call to arrange the date of delivery.

For mirrors, courier drivers are usually not able to phone prior to delivery. Most of the couriers are unable to arrange a predetermined time. For an approximate delivery date, please refer to the tracking number, and you can also call the courier's office phone number that we provide to you.

You also have the option to give authorisation to leave the item at the door if that is more convenient for you.

Easy Mirror Returns:

For mirrors, should you change your mind about a purchase then you have the option to return the item within 14 days of having received it and opt for a store credit or a refund. The item must be in the same condition when it was received, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please keep the original packaging intact as additional re-packaging charges will apply if the original packaging is unusable.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or other payment method that was charged during the time of ordering.

To apply for returns, please contact us at so we can organise for our courier to pick up the item at your address. Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will credit or refund you the amount you paid for the order less the cost of the courier pick up from your address.


  • All custom mirrors and special order items.
  • Handmade, mosaic mirrors.
  • Trade and business orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Items on SALE or marked as 'For Clearance' or 'Final Clearance' may not be returned or exchanged.
  • All mirrored furniture items.

Returns for Mirrored Furniture Items:

For all mirrored furniture items, please choose carefully as we cannot offer returns for a change of mind.


Please email within 7 days of receiving a damaged item. Please inspect the packaging of the item(s) when they arrive, and if you notice any damage please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If the item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos of each item and packaging to within 7 days. Make sure to retain the original packaging to re-use for the return of the damaged items.


These terms may be amended periodically and you will be deemed to have accepted any amendments if you use the website after those amendments have been posted.
